Colorblind-Friendly Mode
Patch 2.6 introduced adjustable contrast palettes for colorblind players. The feature applies to task wires, swap indicators, and chat labels, ensuring critical information is never lost behind similar hues.
During testing we found that mixed lobbies benefited too; even non-colorblind players reported faster recognition of swap cues thanks to sharper contrast options.
Input Customization
Keyboard and controller remapping now includes secondary bindings, allowing players to assign duplicate keys for comfort. This change supports players with mobility impairments who rely on alternative layouts.
Mobile users received hold-to-run and double-tap interaction toggles. These options reduce accidental task cancellations and make long sessions more comfortable.
Narrative Accessibility
The patch also added narrated onboarding for the story prologue. A professional voiceover explains lore, swap mechanics, and safety tools for players who prefer audio learning.
We recommend creators spotlight these features during streams to normalize accessibility toggles as part of competitive play.
