Set the Agenda Fast
The first ten seconds decide whether a meeting is useful. The button presser should state the agenda immediately: 'Call because I saw orange swap into med-bay and vent.' The clarity keeps discussions focused and prevents derailment.
If no agenda exists, default to status updates. Asking everyone to share remaining tasks, recent sightings, or swap impressions surfaces actionable data quickly.
Moderate Cross-Talk
Designate a facilitator who tracks speaking order, especially in voice lobbies. They can call on quiet players or pause arguments that spiral into shouting matches.
Text lobbies benefit from bullet lists. Encourage players to prefix statements with emojis or initials so messages remain legible despite the timer pressure.
Drive to a Decision
Use the final fifteen seconds to recap facts and propose an action, even if the action is to skip. Indecision often hands impostors free wins, so treat every meeting as an opportunity to tighten the information net.
Log the decision in chat or an external note. The written record helps future meetings avoid rehashing old debates.
