- Verify your bandwidth (minimum 10 Mbps down) before hosting private lobbies.

Common Issues & Fixes
Game Frame Does Not Load
Confirm the Construct CDN is not blocked by a corporate firewall. Try toggling the "Force WebGL" option in your browser settings and reload the page.
Audio or Microphone Problems
Grant microphone permission when prompted. For persistent echo, enable push-to-talk inside the community voice overlay or use a headset.
Lag or Desync
Switch to the nearest regional lobby from the Community Hub. If you are hosting, limit the lobby to eight players and close background streaming apps.
Progress Not Saving
Browser storage is used for cosmetics and statistics. If you clear cookies, export your loadout via Profile > Backup before wiping data.
Fair Play & Safety
We moderate the platform to keep games welcoming for every age group. Please review the following policies before joining ranked playlists:
- Harassment, hate speech, or impersonation leads to immediate account suspension.
- Third-party cheating software and packet manipulation are permanently banned.
- Screen recording or streaming should hide private lobby codes unless every participant agrees.
- Report disruptive players using the Report a Bug form with match ID and timestamps.
